Welcome! I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding and compassion for ourselves. I value the uniqueness of each individual and am passionate about supporting clients in developing self-awareness and self-compassion as they navigate life’s ups and downs.
In our sessions, I’ll show up as my genuine self, using curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative approach to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. I help clients explore challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, trauma, loss, identity, and relationship difficulties. Together, we can work to develop a deeper understanding of past experiences and how they might be influencing current patterns, behaviours, thoughts, and emotions. I believe that awareness of these patterns is key to finding new ways of being and relating to oneself and others.
My approach is rooted in person-centred and relational principles, and I integrate elements of mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I trust you as the expert of your own life and honour your lived experiences, values, and cultural contexts. My goal is to provide an experience that feels different from everyday interactions - one where clients can explore, reflect, and grow in an atmosphere of genuine care and respect. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you build a stronger relationship with yourself and create a more meaningful life.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with family and friends and my cat, Nova. I enjoy being outdoors whenever possible, whether that’s running, hiking, or camping, and I bring that sense of nature indoors through my growing collection of houseplants.

I am the Founder, Clinical Director, and a Registered Psychotherapist at Judy’s.
I provide my clients with a warm, client-centered, and integrative approach to therapy. I have an educational and professional background rooted in anti-oppressive, feminist, and culturally informed theoretical frameworks.
Some of the therapeutic frameworks I use most often include trauma care approaches, parts work, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focus Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
My areas of interest include relationship concerns, struggles with body image, motivation and drive, confidence, trauma, sexual violence, anxiety, depression, and more. I have experience working in sexual assault crisis counselling and understand the importance of placing my clients as the experts on their own lives.
By emphasizing a strong therapeutic bond with my clients, I try to foster empowerment and resilience that my clients can harness outside of the therapeutic environment.
In my free time, I enjoy backcountry camping and having nights out with her girlfriends. As someone who has benefited from therapy myself, I understand the trials and tribulations of finding a therapist who is right for you and the difficulties associated with personal growth. I believe that regardless of where you are on your journey, I can contribute by providing a listening ear, resources, and the commitment necessary to meet your unique needs.

My journey into psychotherapy began long before I ever sat in a classroom. When I first came to Canada, I faced the challenges of navigating culture shock, identity, and the generational gap that often arises when parents hold onto traditional values while their children adapt to a new cultural landscape. Living through that “in-between space” of cultures gave me a deep understanding of the struggles many people face when trying to balance family expectations, personal identity, and belonging.
I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered lens, drawing on Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, DBT, ACT and CBT to meet each person’s unique needs. My style is warm and collaborative, I believe you are the expert of your own story, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and first responders through trauma, grief, relationship challenges, cultural identity concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and build resilience.

For more than seven years, I’ve worked in the field of addictions and mental health, supporting individuals as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.
I recognize that coping can take many forms — whether through substance use, unhealthy habits, or emotional withdrawal. Wherever you are in your journey, I aim to meet you with compassion and understanding. I offer practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and supportive guidance to help individuals navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to empower you to find healthier ways of coping, build resilience, and move toward hope and healing.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, recognizing the deep connections between our emotions, bodies, and relationships. I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I work to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), but I always tailor my style to your unique needs.
Whether you’re navigating major life changes, everyday stressors, or the effects of past trauma, I believe therapy should feel collaborative. I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore your challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
